By engaging Paritas Nexus, you agree to these Terms. If representing a business, you confirm authority to bind it.

Services Offered

Bookkeeping: Transaction tracking, reconciliations, financial statements.

Tax Preparation & Compliance: Federal (IRS/Pakistan) and state filings.

Financial Analysis: Cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting.

Software Setup & Training: QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial data.

Notify us of material changes (e.g., new bank accounts, business structure).

Secure third-party permissions (e.g., bank, payroll software access).

Fees & Payment

Fees: Outlined in service agreements. Recurring services billed monthly.

Late Payments: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts.

Free Audits: No obligation to purchase services.

Confidentiality

All client data is confidential.

Exceptions: Legal obligations, anonymized case studies.

Termination

By Client: 30 days’ written notice. Fees for completed work remain due.

By Us: For non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

Liability & Warranties

Efforts: We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free results.

Limitation: Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Warranty: Services provided “as is.” No warranties beyond legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, per the Arbitration Act 1940 (Pakistan).

Governing Law: Laws of Sindh, Pakistan.

Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: Supersedes prior agreements.

Severability: Invalid clauses do not void remaining terms.

Updates: Revised terms posted online. Continued use = acceptance.
